What began as a personal journey soon turned into a mission.
Three years ago, I discovered the power of cold exposure through a few deep-dive podcasts. The science, the philosophy, the mindset behind it—it all resonated. I wasn’t looking to start a brand. I wasn’t chasing a trend. I just wanted to feel better. Sharper. More present. So I bought a simple inflatable pool online and set it up on my balcony.
That one pool changed everything.
Every morning, I’d fill it with cold water and get in—alone. It wasn’t glamorous. It wasn’t part of a routine anyone else around me understood. In fact, my friends thought I was losing it. “What are you doing sitting in a child’s pool freezing yourself?” they’d ask. But they didn’t see what I was feeling. The mental reset. The stillness. The power in choosing discomfort over distraction.
And over time, the pool would break. It wasn’t built for this. So I’d throw it out and order a new one. Then another. Then another. One pool at a time, I kept going. I wasn’t inviting anyone, I wasn’t documenting it—I was just doing it. Quietly. Consistently.
Eventually, people started asking questions. Then they started trying it. And when they did, they felt it too.
That small, solitary practice on a balcony slowly evolved into something bigger. After convincing Süha to join the vision, we set out to build Europe’s first dedicated cold plunge brand. Today, our cold plunges are placed in some of the top wellness facilities in Turkey — and in a growing number of countries beyond. We’ve entered the most elegant homes of business leaders, creatives, athletes, and entrepreneurs—people who live fast-paced, demanding lives and are now discovering what happens when you give your nervous system a moment of stillness. We’re not just placing tubs—we’re reshaping daily routines, transforming early mornings, and helping people return to their bodies.
This isn’t just about cold. It’s about clarity. About learning to breathe through the discomfort. About returning to the present moment again and again.
Bluemind Wellness was never meant to be just a product. It’s a ritual. A reset. A quiet revolution. It all began with a single plunge—and it continues, one breath at a time.
